I have just made coffee with this coffee maker once and it was good. I was a bit surprised to see so much plastic in the manufacturing of this pot, considering the price. Also, the it would be great if the plastic piece that the pot sits on attached to the machine a little better. Overall, am pleased, and Roastmasters has my vote for fast shipping! Your website was easily navigated and gave clear info.

The first Technivorm unit I received was defective (Water tank leaked) and had to be returned. The replacement unit arrived in two business days and works perfectly!

Best coffee we've every owned! Makes great coffee and very hot! Super fast brew cycle which is very convenient. There are a few more detached parts to keep up with but worth the hassle for the performance of the unit. This is the most expensive coffee maker we have ever purchased but we would buy again.

I have never tasted this many new flavors in my same old coffee beans. I am Sated after only 3 cups of coffee a day, used to drink 8 to 12 cups a day. I love my coffee more now than I ever have.

Love the looks. It is sturdy, good looking and somewhat of a conversation piece. Fast brew and easy to see when the brewing is complete. The coffee is very good and hot. I think the thermos base is a little chintzy and doesn't really attach to the unit, but love the thermos over glass carafe. I also wish it came with a 12 cup capacity. Glad, that I purchased from Roastmasters rather than Amazon. Nice extras.

Fast delivery, good communication, no taxes, and excellent bonus items for a better price than any of the companies that I searched including Amazon. Also, it is hard to tell the difference between the various models. Roastmasters explained the differences. It is the only company that really tried. Really appreciated that.
