Heavy machine. Well made. This machine is not loud and so far the grounds have been uniform. Winning combination. There is a reason why this grinder has been around for many years. If you are thinking about buying the Baratza Virtuoso Plus, wait no longer.

Excellent grinder. I've only started being systematic about brewing, and I've only been using the Virtuoso for a few days, but I'm extremely pleased with it. I'm impressed with the grind uniformity and the overall quality of the grinder.

Wonderful service! I had called and left a message inquiring about the availability of the close-out item (Baratza Virtuoso). When a Roastmasters representative called back and I was unavailable to answer, she left a message - restated my question and answered it completely. I am finding this attention to detail increasingly missing from online and telephone customer service. Very happy overall, with no quibbles.

I love it so far. Big upgrade over my old blade grinder. MUCH better for pour over brewing, and especially for french press. My wife likes how it looks in our kitchen too.
