Realtor showed up late for showings, the home photos were blurry and bad lighting, and the appraiser chosen low balled house value for 2 lots and and extra Full electric matching brick garage.
She over elated home price to get the sale. We regret not listing with agent I knew personally,feel she did not deserve commission she never brought a buyer, so had to pay a higher commission and lost $20,000 net.

We are very pleased with our realtor, she is very pleasant took lots of pictures and did I great job. But so far we haven't had anyone look at our house only on line and the last I looked there were more then 600 times someone checked the house out. I am just wondering if there is more we can do to get it sold? Thank you for the opportunity to put my thoughts out here.

She was very knowledgeable with many years of experience, so easy to talk to, & understood exactly what I was looking for in the area & price range I wanted.
