We are very pleased with the Sterling water filters we have purchased from R C Worst. We have hard water and no softener system. These filters make a huge difference in the quality of water coming into our house.

We've ordered these before thru your company. Our service was great. The items were delivered promptly. But the filter itself does not seem to be doing as good a job as usual. A lot of rust is still getting through and the water has an odor. I'm not certain if its the filter or some other issue at this point, but the filter is the only thing that has changed, so...
