We installed it and will need to reinstall after tightening the wobble of the arc spout. Other than that we're pretty delighted. I wish the hose would snap back a bit more but I think they're designed not to.

It was difficult to find this sink accessory given the age of the Julien sink. Really appreciate that your company was able to find and sell it. The size is unique and not easy to substitute. Your frequent communication via e-mail about the delivery schedule was also helpful and informative.

This is a high end product for my budget and it's my one splurge for our bathroom renovation. The bathroom is tiny, so this good-looking, substantial medicine cabinet is vital for the storage scheme. The capacity is much larger than you would guess just looking at it from the outside. It would be perfect if one of the outlets had a USB port, which will probably be available in a future generation of this product.

The Glasscrafters website gives representative phone numbers that aren't in service, and when you call Glasscrafters they give you those same phone numbers. It took several rounds of calls to finally be able to order the medicine cabinet.
