I did extensive research on our the purchase of our farmhouse sink. Quality Bath had a great selection and beat all other prices online for the sinks we were comparing. Our sink was out of stock and we were immediately notified and offered a different sink but we chose to wait for the next shipment to come in on the sink we ordered. We were given a 2-3 week time frame until it was back in stock but it arrived in just under 2 weeks.

First one arrived smashed, one call to QualityBath and it was picked up the next day. Three days later a new one was here, and in perfect condition. Customer service was outstanding. Janet was Fabulous and took care of everything. The sink itself is gorgeous. We can hardly wait to install it in our new house. This thing is going to make the kitchen pop. QualityBath had the best price anywhere and for my money, they have the best service too.

I did extensive research on farmhouse sinks for our new kitchen. They are expensive but I've wanted one for years and decided to bit the bullet and get what I really wanted. Hands down QualityBath was the very best value I could find and the product arrived quickly with no problems. I was very hesitant to order something of this size and dimension via the mail without laying my hands on it first, but I have to say I'm very pleased!
