they misunderstood my f/u question after I received my order and didn't even take initiative to ask me more f/u questions. I can to explain to them that they misunderstood me.
u guys need to put on the product description that certain parts like screws are not included. i get that u guys are only a distributor, not a manufacturer, but it is a wasted time for customers.

The description on the website indicated that the system comes with a 'free' sound bar. It even had the sound bar product model number. When the product arrived, the sound bar was not included.
When I called customer service they said it's not included and never received the sound bar.
That's the only reason I purchased from projector screen.com
The price was the same as every where else.

Hello Pritesh, I am sorry for any confusion. The Epson LS800 UST Projector that you purchased has the Yamaha soundbar built-in. That soundbar is integrated directly in the projector and is not a stand alone item. We have reviewed the item description on our website and see no mention of any stand alone soundbar or part # for any soundbar; the description only details how the soundbar is built into the projector.
We hope that you have figured that out by now and that you are loving your awesome new projector and it's fantastic built in audio.

I saw online that ProjectorScreen.com had good reviews and was located in New Jersey and the closest source to my location in Virginia. I ordered through the ProjectorScreen.com online system and had no problems locating the projector I wanted to order, a BenQ LK936ST. The item was in stock and I received it within one week. The 4K projector was ordered for a golf simulator system and I am very satisfied with it.
