A dent on the side small. Water is cold. Response from ProDrinkingFountains: We use FEDEX. It is rare, but sometimes our drinking fountains receive damage during transit. Our customers can always contact us right away when the shipment is received so we can help. It sounds like this dent is very small and you decided to install it.
