Clear and timely communication from booking through after check out. Everything worked as described. Bonus for us was that there were two full size fridges which makes it easy to stock up for the number of guests allowed without space issues.

We enjoyed our family vacation. Would recommend dropping some of the extra fees if it was possible, then families might be able to book another vacation with you all the following year. Enjoyed the convenience of the washer and dryer as well as being able to cook meals and enjoy them right on the balcony listening to the ocean.

The view was very pretty, we enjoyed the sauna and steam sauna almost every single day. Wish the pools outside were heated as it was a bit cooler at the time we went. The convenience of having many different shops around the area was very accommodating. The room was perfectly spacious for our families.

Beautiful condo right in the beach. Kitchen comes with everything you need to be able to cook meals there. Washer and dryer in unit are very helpful as we traveled with small children. The view is beautiful, and the pools, hot tub on the balcony, and beach right outside the property kept our kids busy the entire time. Thr master bedroom is very comfortable, but the second king bed is very low to the ground - it would be better for teenagers or children. This unit is spacious and has plenty of bathrooms for a larger group. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Not our favorite condo at Phoenix X. It could use really use a deep cleaning. The floors we dirty upon arrival, shoes and socks needed to be worn at all times. We had some issues and had to call Prickett maintenance and they very responsive and would give them 5 stars!

Property has a great location with many attractions nearby many short commutes. While the condo could use a tad sprucing, that comment in no way removes the value, cleanliness, or its charm.

This was our 2nd visit to Bella Luna but in a different unit. The condo’s are well stocked for a relaxing stay. Cannot beat the view or the location. We plan on staying here whenever we are headed to the beach.

Our unit fitted our family perfectly. Paying for the unit was easy and check in information was sent to me in a timely manner. A few days before trip check information was again sent to me and two days before check out information on check out were sent. It was a great condo and I would rent from Prickett again.

The property is absolutely stunning! Spacious and beautifully designed. The photos cannot capture how impressive this space is. The views are breathtaking. The condo is on the second floor and has the added feature of a private spiral staircase providing direct access to the gated pool and gated private beach access. This was an added bonus to our stay! Wonderful experience with both the property and the customer service at Prickett Properties!

Loved this house for our family vacation. It was beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked, everything needed to cook. The beds were comfortable. The large deck was enjoyable for all of us to be on at the same time. And right on the beach! Highly recommend this house.

Very easy reservation system. We reserved the room, Prickett Properties sent us an email with all the information we needed for our stay. They emailed us during our stay to see if we needed anything and to see if we were satisfied with everything. Would definitely reserve through them again. Very easy and that's what we like!

We loved our stay at Phoenix VI 815!! The condo was very clean upon our arrival, was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and the view was amazing!!! We were so happy and would definitely stay there again!

Clean spacious property! Condo was as presented in the photos! The BBQ Grill could use a deep cleaning! The hot tub was great! Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed staying in unit 901. It was very clean when we arrived. The condo is very spacious. We had 3 adult couples and the other bedroom was teenage boys. We had room for everyone. Cooking in the kitchen was great too! It has plenty of counter space, and as an avid cook- it was very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!
