Condo was very nice. We were in the 31st floor. The elevators were a nightmare. So busy for the summer that it took a long time to get an elevator.

Has an issue with 1 if the tubs not draining and they came right out and took care of it. Other than having to wait long times for the elevators, we were satisfied with our stay.

Prickett Properties was wonderful!! The Phoenix West II is a beautiful location with a gorgeous room. The only drawback was the elevator lines to get to the 31st floor.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was very nice. A couple of beds could stand to be updated, especially the pull out twin beds. Otherwise, our entire family loved the condo, facility and location.

This condo is a great unit. Lots of space and great view. We rented the unit for a Thanksgiving get away. We had a adult in a wheelchair and it was very accommodating. We had to bring our own bench for shower but we made it work. A great unit and very spacious for families

Very nice and accommodating. Very hectic trying to leave on Sunday due to excessive elevator use. We waited on the 31st floor for 1 1/2 hours trying to eat our luggage down. Other than that it was amazing.

Wonderful and very relaxing! I reallly enjoyed this condo a lot and so did my in laws! The whole resort was very relaxing, lol really didn't want to get out of the lazy river, the indoor pool or the jacuzzi! I loved it a lot and will book this again! The only problem was the elevators. It takes a long time for it to get to your floor and we was on the 31st floor. Other than the long wait of the elevators it's a great place to stay. Or maybe we won't go during a holiday weekend.

Being the largest square foot building in Orange Beach, 6 elevators is not nearly enough. The longest I waited for an elevator to arrive to my floor was 25 minutes. Staff was nice & helpful. Pool was clean. Room was adequate.

Prickett Properties was very helpful & thorough. Phoenix West 2 was very inconvenient in wait times for the elevators. I will use Prickett Properties again to find a place to stay. However, I will not stay the Phoenix West 2 again.

A Stunning View on the 31st Floor! This was our first visit to Orange Beach. I worried that a condo on the 31st floor would be an inconvenience or slightly limiting to beach access. My assumption was incorrect. Our condo was clean, spacious for our family of 8 and with a stunning view. We would sit on our balcony in the early morning and watch the dolphins swim, one morning we watched two babies swimming. Another morning we watched a large sting ray swimming. At the 31st level, the pelicans flew right by us and we got an up-close look. The service for beach loungers and umbrellas was excellent. Honestly, we have no complaints and we miss our vacation already. My only recommendation, bring binoculars! We would have had even better views of the ocean life!

Great Vacation and Great Company! We had an amazing family vacation! Prickett Properties made the check in process extremely easy and the condo was large, clean, and was perfect for our family of 8. The amenities at Phoenix West 2 kept our children busy all week and the view from the penthouse level was phenomenal. We have had issue at other buildings on lower floor where the pools noise could easily be heard from the balcony and that was not an issue here. The living room TV went out during our stay and Prickett Properties had a replacement one delivered and set up within 2 hours which was very impressive to us as we have stayed through other companies before and when we had issues it would take days for someone to show up and rectify.

Great place to stay with large family!!! We absolutely loved our stay here!!! Check in was smooth, everything is easy to find, and it's surprisingly quiet. The condo was perfect with an amazing view on the 31st floor, it was clean, and cozy. The lazy river was the best part of it all for the kiddos!!!

My family and I had a wonderful visit - the view was lovely, the location was easy and the amenities of the apartment were all we needed and then some. Extremely comfortable and clean and it was easy to enjoy the facilities of the building. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with fantastic pools & amenities for families. The condo itself was spacious & comfortably slept 3 families. It did lack some simple kitchen gadgets such as a colander (which we bought & left), measuring cups, & plastic drinking cup. However, we would stay here again.
