The property was not clean. Floors were filthy, mop filthy no mop bucket or broom. Inside of drawers and cabinets also need cleaning. Wear and tear is one thing but cleanliness an easy fix. Will not return to this property.

Price was great 2040.85 for 4 nights for a total of 10 guests, Condo was same as shown in pictures enough space for all of us, kitchen was well packed, A/C, washer and dryer worked well, kids enjoyed both inside and outside pool and of course beach will recommend to friends and will rebook next year

We were greatly surprised as to how well the kitchen was stocked with cookware which was a plus. We had a few items that needed attention when we arrived and we called and Jarod came over and repaired them right away. The unit was pleasant and roomy. The beds were comfortable. Wish we had more than 1 towel per person but that was OK. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs when it was raining outside. We had a very nice vacation. Photos are views from MBR of the canal side and balcony of the beachside.

We were very happy with our unit. We were very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with cookware. We had a few minor issues that needed attention when we arrived, and Jarod came over immediately and repaired them. We traveled at the end of August because the rates were lower so we were happy with our rate. We would highly recommend Prickett Properties.

Best stay yet! My family (2 adults and 7 children) come to orange beach every summer and was our favorite stay to date! Condo was clean, spacious, and a perfect walk to the beach. My kids had a blast with the accommodations. Parking isn't always great but it didn't take away from our stay. We rented chairs for the week right over the pier so no lugging all our beach gear. I would definitely suggest for any large family.

Bed Needs Work. Overall was good but the beds made noise in master and room with 2 beds. Bathrooms are not as large as most 3 bedroom units. Unit was clean.
