We had the most spectacular stay at Bea by the Sea! The proximity, view and access to the beach are unparalleled. We had no issues and were grateful for the full-functioning bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine/dryer for laundry needs. I highly recommend Bea by the Sea

Location and view were very nice. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Parking undercover was big perk. Upon arrival the floor was not swept clean. Gritty with sand, however we realize this is a beach house and you can expect some of that. The door hardware especially on the back porch is rusted and needs replaced. Hard to use. Front door hardware not quite as bad but poor quality nontheless. A few of the interior doors are sagging because the hinges need to be tightened. The kitchen appliances were good. We share the kitchen with a large rodent that stole food every night. Very savvy creature, couldn’t catch him with a trap.

Size of rental is perfect for small families. Being on the beach was my main draw to the property. The free standing ice maker was the biggest perk of the rental. Washer/dryer and appliances work well. The master shower head is very low and the A/C cools everywhere very well except the master bedroom/bath. You also need to have some wall switches flipped for plugs and lights to work. Lights also flicker in master bath. Unit was great overall and I would rent from Prickett Properties again. Thank you.
