You may want to consider something more adhesive than a 3m double sided sticky tape for the ballast, especially when shipping to colder climates. I’m not sure the sticky tape will stand the test of time with sub zero temperatures

I loved the lights, they illuminate the road pretty good without blinding oncoming traffic. The only issue is that the fan part will not fit with the stock headlight dust cap, that was the only issue I encountered with the lights.

Easy to shop and look up the lights I need! The only thing is make sure that the fan fits the dust cap on your headlights. I have a Chevy Cruze 2017 LS Model and, the stock dust cap on my headlights will not fit due to the fan model on the Creed LED's. The only solution is finding an aftermarket dust cap for your model or modifying the disk cap yourself.

As someone who can't see as well at night, these lights are absolutely AMAZING!! I can see so much better and they were so simple to install!!!

I found out about PrecisionLED.com on YouTube. I was hooked after watching the video. When I bought my lights, there was a sale (which made it even more tempting to buy!). I received my lights in about a week and the installation was quick and simple, just like the video showed. I couldn't stop driving the first night I used them... I love that I can see at night and enjoy every minute of them!

One LED did not work. Communicating with Customer support to replace it.

One LED did not light up. Spent a lot of time to install and try to figure out why it would not light. Currently working with Customer support to get it replaced. They have been very responsive.

Literally took me 5 minutes to plug in and go! Works perfectly well on my 2016 Honda CR-V Touring (w/projector beams) because the bulb burns at an identical color to the OEM LED strips. Had to aim the headlights to 3 inches below factory standard though. All-in-all, an amazing product!

PrecisionLED customer service was accurate and helpful. Response time could have been faster, but the information provided was useful in my decision making. The item listed for my vehicle specifications was not the product I was recommended to purchase probably due to the website's search engine not being thorough on vehicle submodes details. Overall, very satisfying experience and look forward to making further purchases in the near future.
