It’s what I needed to use the porch potty more efficient.

It’s attractive, and it actually works. There’s cleanup involved, but I’d much rather do that than have to take my dog out late at night. I live in a condo, so it’s a hassle going down to let them out in a not very well lit area. This has been a godsend.

It’s attractive, it’s not made from wood so the odours won’t seep in.
I just purchased a second catch basin because fluid still trickles out while I’m removing my first catch basin to empty it. This way I can alternate between the two.

We live in condo with no water on deck and this product will hopefully be more efficient and easier to clean than our current mopping of tiles and using peel pads that blow away!

The porch potty is a fantastic idea, I just wish they were a little more durable as we use the porch Potties in our indoor courtyard at our pet resort to prevent messes on the floor. They get used regularly which is great however, the porch potty doesn't really handles 100+ lb dogs very well, one side of the tray has sunk below the frame. Even with using the zip ties, and I wish the grass was able to be secured so it can be fastened somehow to prevent the dogs from removing it but removable when we need to remove it for cleaning. Great concept though. For the cost though, I wish it was more durable.

not sure. dog hasn't used it yet. Seems expensive for what it is - you can probably just use any shallow bowl.

I wanted to make it easier for my dog to pee on my balcony in my condo rather than dragging her downstairs. So far it's expensive and totally useless, and caused a lot of hassle for me to go pick it up and speak to customer service twice about sending me the wrong item multiple times.

I ordered a lid for my porch potty along with the rest of the items. They sent me a canopy which i have no use for. I contacted them... they said they would send me a lid. They send ANOTHER canopy. Beyond frustrated. There must be some idiots working in the warehouse. How does this happen twice? I think in the end they refunded the lid. So i don't have a lid. Not helpful - I wanted a lid. And i have 2 canopies that are basically getting thrown in the garbage. What a waste.

So far so good. Except for the delivery charge. I mean $44 for delivering from Mississauga to Toronto. I can drive up there and pick it up if you have a pick up options.

I have a mini pig and this things pees a lot. Like 4-6 litres every single day. I've tried many other/cheaper alternative like pellet litter, pee pads and real grass pads and none of those solutions were great. I had to clean/change the pad 2-3 times a day, the grass was soaking wet after only 2 days. I finally decided to invest a bit more in the porch potty and I would honestly recommend this thing to anybody. Its super high quality and works amazing!

only used for 1 day so far but going to have to learn the quantity of water because the amount of water i used in my watering can just put a dent in the amount i would be able to use
