I think the person I talked to was named Stacia. She was great. She looked for the old product that was advertised on your website. She took my number and called me back promptly, so I didn't have to wait on hold. PlayBetter even sent extra lanyards to see if they would work better. Your website should have been up to date so that the new version of the lanyard was advertised properly, but beyond that I was really impressed with the customer service I received. Thanks for the extra effort. I appreciate it.

The new version that Garmin sells now isn't made as well as the previous version. However, upon contacting PlayBetter about not receiving what was advertised, I did receive excellent customer service when PlayBetter sent me one of the few old versions they had left. Thanks for making the extra effort for me.
