Ordering was easy! The rug cam packed nicely and looks great. The dye lot was slightly off, but to be expected as we were replacing a runner in out kitchen and the dining area has the same pattern. They are not too close by, so not noticeable.

The rug arrived in 4 weeks. Delivery was good, but the rug had a couple of stains on the edge and was wrinkled in the shipping package. Not noticeable enough for us to bother with the hassle of returning the rug, but it wasn't in excellent condition.
