The necklace is beautiful, but I would say the nickel size I bought is closer to the size of a Dime, not nickel, so assuming maybe the quarter size is closer to a nickel size. Quality and necklace is beautiful.

I have been looking for decades for the consummate religious medal. One that infused military service attributes with spiritual connectivity. I found it with this purchase. Fine detail and unique design. Well crafted. And to me it suggests the bearer will be protected from harm as it’s as if it had been hand made for a specific requestor. Something very personal. And yet it is truly an attractive piece of jewelry for someone simply looking to wear a statement piece.Well worth the ..,you get what you pay for price. I’m so thankful I found it after years of looking for this God and Country symbol that represents our reliance upon a higher power to protect us in times of peace and peril.

The product is good, but due to the HORRIBLE customer service I received when 1of the 2 pendants did not arrive in time and was showing no shipping information as if it was lost, the customer service woman was extremely rude and if no help at all! I will not be shipping here again and will definitely make sure that my friends do not either!

Let me start out by saying that both Pendants are beautiful. Unfortunately, their customer service is horrible! I payed extra to have both pendants shipped to me and arrive w/in 2-3 days for they were part of a First Communion gift. 1 of the 2 arrived on time. I called and spoke to a Lauren I believe her name was when the package was in transit but not showing any information as if it was lost. She was extremely rude to me. She wanted to know what I wanted her to do about this. She continued to say that they did their part and shipped it out. However, I tried to explain to her that her customer who payed extra DID NOT RECEIVE IT when it was expected to arrive. She took no ownership of it. In fact she said, “It wasn’t their fault. They shipped it out the next day.” She only cared that IF they shipped me another one that I made sure to ship the original back if it ever arrived because, “You know these pendants cost a lot of money”. When I asked for a refund on my expedited shipping she asked me many times, “Do you understand that it is not our fault?” Well, your company chooses to use the USPS for your product and yes it is your problem if your customer doesn’t receive a product they payed for and didn’t receive on time! And then proceeded to tell me, “I’ll have to talk to “xyz” and see if we can do that and get back to you.” Well, I’m still waiting for that phone call back! So if you’re looking for a good product I’d say yes buy from them. However, if you have to deal with this woman…YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!! Have a Blessed Day!

As I stated in her company review, my conversation with Joan was very challenging. We tried our best to resolve the issue but unfortunately she was not happy. I refunded her the difference in shipping costs because of the delay. We understand that the postal service issues can sometimes be very frustrating and we do our best to help find lost packages. In her case, we put a tracer on the package with the post office and got it moving again, and notified the customer by email. Customer service is our first priority for our small business and it is heartbreaking to have such a dissatisfied customer.
