The product is good, but due to the HORRIBLE customer service I received when 1of the 2 pendants did not arrive in time and was showing no shipping information as if it was lost, the customer service woman was extremely rude and if no help at all! I will not be shipping here again and will definitely make sure that my friends do not either!

I was impressed with the quality of this medal-- heavy and well-made, very pretty. I bought 2. Both recipients loved them, and the engraving on the back was beautiful and less expensive than the engraving stores in my town. I would highly recommend this product.

The workmanship of this St. Benedict charm is very high quality for the size of the medal! I was very disappointed that it didn't suit my needs and I had to send it back. Customer service was amazing.

Recieved promt detailed email to my questions . Then I recieved a phone call to answer my questions. I emailed a few other companies selling the same medal my question.... PATRON SAINT WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL ... AND THEN CALLED ME. Their customer support was a 10! The details on the medal are amazing!!! I highly recommend PATRON SAINT MEDALS .
