I usually buy both the UMF 15+ for us (parents) and 10+ for my kids. I like the benefits of the stronger one but my kids prefer the taste of the 10+ as it is more settle. Both are of great quality and taste, and I like the ability to just scan the code on the jar and immediately get the certified lab tests with matching batch number. Overall, great product and quality.

Delicious Manuka Honey & Its Benefits ??Why Manuka Honey? I don't use antibiotics anymore, and I don't have much choice. Western doctors got me totally immune to them by overprescribing them, particularly when I didn't need them (wrongly diagnosed). Please don't assume you won't be one of the many, many people who find themselves in the same situation, because it's a major health crisis right now. What Do I Do for Infections? To cure my sinus and staph infections, I eat manuka honey with a UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) rating of 15+ or 20+. This delicious, sweet manuka honey from Onuku is delicious and effective as a natural antibiotic and immune booster. I like to mix the honey into my various herbal/medicinal tea blends. I make sure not to eat it too often in super hot, boiling liquids, because too much heat can destroy some of the active benefits of manuka honey. It tastes great in tea, but it works just as well on toast, waffles, croissants, and other foods. What is UMF? UMF rating is very important! If you purchase manuka honey that's a lot cheaper than other brands, then something is wrong. Don't think you're getting a great deal, even if the reviews are decent. UMF is the official rating of all the potent attributes that make up manuka honey. So other letters and numbers are not the same thing, and are not officially tested and rigorously examined in the same way. For everday use, immune system maintenance, and cold prevention, UMF 5+ or 10+ usually works well for most people. If you have an infection, UMF 15+, 20+, or even 25+ usually works effectively.
