NWP is, overall, a trusted and supurb pharmacy for my own medical needs. Normally I choose "all 5 stars".
On my prior order I'd selected the option to be notified approximately when I should refill my perscripiton. I've not received such a notice.
As a foreign customer (US) we've become accustomed to somewhat new rules that discourage or preclude doctors from sending perscriptions to pharmacies but instead require patients to request refills from the pharamcy who then are required to verify that perscription, including new/refill perscriptions, with the proscribing physician.
NWP may not yet have mechanisms to work with the above sequence and finger pointing occurs as the physician cannot send a perscription to NWP until NWP notifies the physician that a customer, such as myself, has requested a refill. Sort of a 'Catch 22'.
Not knowing how adding this ordering validation would be implimented for NWP I won't venture how difficult this might be.
I hope my current/immediate refill order can be worked out.
