I made bookmarks for my mom's Memorial service, so it had to be a quick turn around. I appreciated that they checked and made sure all the pics were the correct size. The bookmarks were delivered on time as requested, packed well, and perfectly done.

The packaging was way below par as the envelopes were shoved into the box and some were damaged/severely wadded up upon arrival (will not go through a printer for address to be printed). Aside from that, the product itself was pretty much perfect.
