I would not recommend this service to anyone. In fact I'm thinking of leaving. I started submitting a claim 10/23. It's 3/20/24 & with no resolve. My claim packages were not received after sending 3 times.
When I finally got the package in someone's hands , I won't name names, but he picked it to death. It took 2+ hours to provide him with information that was already on the claim form. Just not where he wanted it. Once he required me to add additional information, he claimed that it looked too sloppy and wanted me to redo it. i've never had such a hard frustrating time trying to get my application completed for review. And it still hasn't been reviewed so I don't know what the outcome will be. I could go into more detail of how ridiculous the situation was, but there's not enough time or room for me to do that. I will add one thing I asked why in the world couldn't he have a small amount of customer service, along with some common sense to task accomplishment.
