Gina is an EXCEPTIONAL respresentative for NCD. I had a very productive interaction with her.
Specifically, she did NOT treat my inquiry and need for information as if she was a ROBOT simply responding to a # on the other end of the phone.
She was patient in answering questions that I asked several times.
She also was knowledgeable of the Benefits of my plan.
