Great idea (a multi-facited/multi sounding practice pad). But it could be carried further as there really are only 2 sounds - a soft and a clack. It sits pretty well on your existing snare so placement is fine & portability is ok. Good bounce in all areas. Real problem for OS clients - with most items for most people - is the usual postal/delivery fee which pretty well doubles the cost. It was not the case with this item for me as I chose the "Spend more than US$50 & get free delivery" - I bought this pad at a special price reduction & bought another item totaling $59US. Another financial consideration is the exchange rate now that the Oz dollar has dropped. Overall - pretty impressed with the product and Drumeo's support during shipping.

I liked the drumsticks, but they are too heavy for me. However, I used it to practice on the P4 cause they're heavier so when I go my kit I use the 5As improving my speed tremendously. I love the design and the Drumeo logo. I give it four stars cause they are too heavy for me. I recommend it but will not buy again.

One of the best decisions and investments I have made in a long time. I love their teaching approach. Easy, simple and a bunch of information and training for all levels of drummers. I have been a member for a month and I am playing the drums to my favorite music. I took advantage of all the free lessons on setting the kit, tuning, counting, theory and the first five beats. I used a mouse pad and my Timbales sticks to do the lessons. so by the time I got my Kit I was playing it the same day to my music. The teachers are amazing and all the guest Drummers, liked David Garibaldi, my favorite, are amazing. Just imagine having Jonathan (Sugar Foot) Moffet, Michael Jackson's Drummer give you a clinic. I recommend this Teaching website to everyone.

I love the P4 Pad. even though Pat is not too clear what each pad represents. He only explains the gray pad representing a floor tom and the red represents a cymbal, he doesn't explain what the black and blue represents. However, I am using my own judgment. I practice drills on the pad and then take it to the drum making it more effective to do it on the drums. I also use it to practice songs and then take it to the drums. One thing I didn't like was that I purchased this expensive Pad and I saw Reuben showing how to make your own pad for $10 dollars. However, I recommend it I will buy again.

I have a remo quiet practice pad, with it you could practice basically one drum, with the P4 practice pad it's almost like a drum set. The different pads have a different color and texture to make the experience more like a drum kit.

This is the most expensive and worst feeling practice pad I have ever purchased. It might be worth it's "novelty" at one third of the eighty-dollar price tag but it is ABSOLUTELY not worth it full-price. If they don't put it "on sale" for $26 I wouldn't spend the money if I were you.
