Delivery took a bit long... with regular ground delivery, i received the product 12 days after placing the order, which is hardly pleasing. But it came and it works... I would be reluctant to put up with waiting that long next time since there are other companies that will get it to me sooner for the same shipping cost, but if the price is right I wouldn't mind.

Great service. My product arrived within specified shipping time. Because of slight damage to a piece of my furniture, probably by rough handling during shipment, ModernOffice agreed to replace the piece, at no cost or hassle to me. Would to business with them again. Thanks!

Hutch came in damaged. wood veneer was splintered @ back panel & side where nailed. shelf pin was wedged in side panel & back. had to stain back panel where splintered to hide bare wood. still have indentions where wood missing. hutch was not stained and finished on bottom side of upper shelf above monitor opening, very visable. wood finishers needed to spend a little more time on unit. other pieces ok. modern office should replace hutch with one that's ready to be sold.
