My only complaint was the carrier chosen to deliver my product. They were extremely rude and had no customer service. As a result I ended up having to pick it up myself. I am very satisfied with my ordering experience and also with my product, but I thought they might like to know about the carrier problem.. Maybe they can find someone better to do business with in the future.

I have received two of the items earlier then expected. That is always a nice thing. I received confirmation of when the other pieces I ordered would arrive, or approximate. The communication is great. Responses are dealt with fairly quickly. They explain very thoroughly so you understand exactly what it is your purchaseing. The employees I have dealt with seem to be happy with their jobs and take pride in them. This is a good sign of GREAT management which dwindles down to great employees and excellent customer service.

Had trouble with shipping damage and had to have 3 chairs sent before one came without damage. It took several weeks and multiple tries, but the retailer did provide good customer service in spite of the fact that the factory doesn't know how to pack a box properly. I would order again--just not if I needed something in a hurry.

Modern Office website is easy to use and the product descriptions are wonderful. The product that I ordered is exactly as described and pictured. It also came very quickly. I will definately purchase other items from Modern Office.

It took them more than 3 weeks to deliver my order which was 2 weeks late than their original estimates. I had to make an inquiry about it. First of all, I wish they could give more accurate estimates. Second, I wish they should update customers if anything is not happening according to their plan.
