It took them more than 3 weeks to deliver my order which was 2 weeks late than their original estimates. I had to make an inquiry about it. First of all, I wish they could give more accurate estimates. Second, I wish they should update customers if anything is not happening according to their plan.

Delivery was a problem, because I work days, and the moving company would only give me an AM or PM window and only on the morning of delivery. So...I was in the dark as to when and how I would be able to accept my delivery. So, they called the delivery service and paid for a specific time. Thank you much.

Online ordering was very easy. The shipment arrived a little battered, but the product was unharmed. It didn't take as long to ship as I expected. I found a desk at Modern Office that I could not find anywhere else, locally or online. I would definitely order from them again.

First saw this item on the airplane in the Skymall. Got to Hawaii and tried to order it to be shipped to my home; thus having it when I returned from vacation. Was told that to ship to Montana I should expect a 2 month delay. Told them to forget it and came back and found it on the web and ordered it an it was shipped within a week.
