I placed an order, they sent me what I ordered. There was a slight delay in shipping, but that was a force majeure issue with the weather. There was some minor cosmetic damage in shipping, but the packaging was good over all. I am sure if I had filed a claim MOF would have sent me a replacement part, but I could not be bothered, since I use the chair in my converted garage/man cave.

I am quite pleased with the build quality of the chair. As a big dude, 6' 3", 305 Lbs, it can be a challenge to find furniture built to accommodate my size. Shipping was delayed a few days by the the weather in the mid-west, but reasonable. There was a bit of damage on the plastic cover on the chair back, due to rough handling by the shipper, but I would not hold that against MOF, as I did not attempt to have the damaged cover replaced. The chair seems to be robust, on the plus side the seat cushion is firm, but comfortable. The chair has a lot of adjustability. On the could be better side, the headrest appears to be the weakest link, the adjustability is a bit imprecise and the plastic is a on the flimsy side. I fell like I cannot rest the entire weight of my head on the rest, for fear of it breaking. The base could have been a bit wider to improve chair stability. When fully reclined, the front wheels get light on the ground. In fairness, I am a top heavy guy with short legs and a long upper body. Over all, I would recommend the chair.

ordering process was fine. recieved the chair when i was supposed to. however the seat is smaller than i expected. i have ordered 2 of these chairs in the last couple of years and this most recent chair seems smaller. (for example the 1st chair i bought i can fold my leg up under my bottom and have room on the seat, this new chair i cannot do that. its a good chair other than that.

i have purchased 2 chairs in the last couple of years and although they were both listed as the same, the 2nd chair NEWEST has a smaller seat. it works but it definitely doesn't sit like the first chair.

I had a very positive experience. I would say my main critique is not knowing how to access the tracking information. I believe I had to reach out both times I ordered this desk to get the tracking, since I was told I would get it with the invoice in a separate email once the desk shipped. I do not think I got this invoice email, but I was updated with the tracking over email. I am unsure though whether this was the scheduled email with tracking, or if I got the email with tracking once I emailed asking about it.

All the parts were not shipped so we had to make something up to get it put together so that was disappointing. Thankfully I'm not too bothered by it but others definitely would be. Disappointing for the amount of money spent.
