The online shopping experience was straightforward and the RAM arrived in good condition and on the last day of the estimated timeslot, so that's fine.
I only deducted a star because of the nonsensical journey my parcel took, which is also bad for the environment. I live in Greater London and ordered my parcel from MemoryC in the Republic of Ireland. The parcel then got FedEx'd to Memphis, Tennessee, stayed there in a sorting centre for a while, then got sent back to Stansted Airport, (which is not that far from where I live), then it was taken to Birmingham, after which it was finally shipped back down to London. I understand that delivery companies work with large quantities of items and they have to get sent to sorting offices, but there really must be a less roundabout and less polluting way to do this. Not saying MemoryC is responsible for the logistics, but they do use FedEx who are.
