I returned my titlt top brandt table and am still expecting my refund. I was sent the wrong table and another brand. Not what I ordered so I returned it. Have communicated endlessly with your e-commerce representative and he has promised me a refund for four weeks now, but still hasn't instituted a claim.

Because I have always considered Brandt products the top of the line. My husband has cancer and was in the hospital on the day I purchased it. They were very expedient and by the time the invoice arrived in my mail box, it was to late to stop the order, it had already been drop shipped from the Bronx. It turned out to be a DRIVE table and not a BRANDT table and I had only wanted the regular and not the tilt top...so I returned it. In the meantime, I have purchased a bed breakfast table for my husband and do not need it. I would like a refund. Its been 2 months.
