I have a Down East spa by master spa. Even though I have found replacement jets by going with the most common jets used across all the models. It would be nice to have pictures of each hot tub that they have listed in the drop down menus. Other than that ordering was fairly easy to do.

Had a very hard time finding the right people to talk to AND getting help with the correct parts to order. Gathered numbers/pics of old part as requested by one customer service rep and they told me 'sorry, don't recognize that; can't help you.' Finally found a helpful customer service rep.; she didn't have all of the answers, but she helped me enough so I could make an informed decision.
