Newly installed. Seems to be working fine. Was disappointed in finding the tub mounts were plastic. I may have installed the crossbar incorrectly as I'm not satisfied with how the bar picks up on the cover's middle.

Order by noon, it shipped that day and I got the next day!! They provided a tracking number that worked perfectly and even though the cover mate 3 did not come with a return it ends up it was not needed. Everything was in the package not damaged and it installed perfectly in about an hour and a half. Thank you master spa I will definitely recommend and use your company again for my hot tub supplies and needs. Very happy customer

At 78 I found it extremely difficult to lift the covers on my swim/spa so the installation of your lifter allowed me access once again.

Most people are reviewing this right after install when it works great. Then the plastic degrades and warps. Having a gas strut mounted to thin plastic is really poor design. Junk.

The description and pictures did not represent what I received. I talked with customer service and they said the wind lock system is the locking shock but the pictures showed the bar and is callled the wind lock not the locking shock. I’m not happy about that especially after all the pictures and descriptions said otherwise.

Quick and easy but the pictures do not represent what was received. The wind lock system shown according to customer service is the locking shock but the description snd pictures show otherwise. I'm happy with customer service replying and they were very understanding but I suggested the pictures and description needs changed to reflect what actually we are getting
