Works as described so far - great peace of mind for a distant 2nd home. A nice future design would be having a model that integrated the power supply with the sensor unit such that the whole unit could just plug in to the lower half of a duplex outlet. Another nice thing would be if the existing unit could be easily hung up on a wall.
