Works as described. Sometimes I wish I had bought the better model and subscribed to get instant reads but this so far this is adequate. I haven't compared the temp readings against any of my high grade thermometers yet, but ill in the future.

Updates don't seem to be nearly as often as advertised, making it a bit useless. It works otherwise, but you can't get updates more frequent than 15-30 minutes apart.

I. Can now check my Florida home every day to make sure all is well. I also love the feature that if something goes out of the ranges I have set a alarm will let me know.

The unit keeps saying there is water present in the basement - there is no water present. I have left messages with the company to troubleshoot the problem but haven't heard from them.

Again, as I emailed you previous: On you pricing page online showing the 3 different models to choose from, you should list there with an asterisk (or link) that the mounting bracket does not come with it and that it additionally costs $20. I did not order a bracket for my MarCell 4g because I thought it would come with one, so now I have to wait a week longer before I put it in place in my home.
