OK - I bought this product and hooked it up (I think!). Two weeks later I receive this survey asking "Have you received your MarCELL Pro Multisensor?". Now I am concerned. As far as I know, it is operating as it is expected but the company does not even know if I received it. This is a huge red flag for me and now I have to follow up on the entire setup. Once you set it up, shouldn't the company know if you "received it"?

It seemed super-easy to set up, but then two weeks later I get this survey request that asks me "Did you receive your product?". Now I have no idea if I set it up correctly or not since they do not even know if I received it or not. So I have to get out all the records and check again. I am not happy about that.

This is my second MarCELL unit. Easy to program, very dependable. Gives us a good peace-of-mind when we're gone for extended periods of time.

Ordered this unit to monitor the RV conditions when we left our dog, Sam, inside at a parking lot (with generator & AC running) while touring. I thoroughly tested it prior to our departure and it worked flawlessly. The MarCELL unit allowed us to leave Sam with confidence he was safe and comfortable. Completed a 2800 mile trip through NY state (from Atlanta) without a hiccup and everyone had a great time.
