Our product line originates from countries throughout the globe: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, Dubai, Ecuador, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.
Most of our products are purchased directly from the factory and manufactured there. They then ship to our warehouse in the United States. We've eliminated the middleman to offer you better prices.
Each of our 10,000+ products are in stock and can be delivered anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. We also offer free shipping on orders to the continental U.S. along with a liftgate, curbside truck delivery service for all customers on heavier shipments such as clawfoot and freestanding bathtubs.

Product specs were difficult to find. Delivery was a single driver with a pallet jack so he was unable to get the bathtub down the driveway

We have just launched our new web site and have made our product specification pages much easier to find.
For all motor freight items we send an email to every customer explaining the motor freight delivery process; which is a lift gate-curbside delivery. We specifically state the driver will not move the shipment onto your property. We also list this on our website. Following is the information we provide.
Truck Deliveries
Any order scheduled to ship on a freight truck will require a call prior to delivery. A representative with the truck company will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a window for you to be there. The delivery will be a liftgate/curbside service meaning the shipment will be dropped at the edge of the driveway. The driver will not carry the item onto the driveway or anywhere on your property, nor will it be brought inside (this is due to liability). We recommend having help on-site to aid in transporting your goods.
You will be responsible for discarding the container: please make sure to save this temporarily in case you decide to return the order.
