This product was great and really affordable, but be warned that the riser is a 3/8" fitting, and most shower heads are a 1/2" standard - so if you want to swap the basic shower head included with this unit with something sold at a box store, you'll need to buy a 3/8" to 1/2" brass reducer (which runs ~$4 at a local hardware store).

I called twice - once to ask about shipping time and add the discount code I had forgotten at checkout (this was a 5 of 5 experience). The second time I used the chat to ask about the diameter of the riser showerhead fitting, and asked if it was non-standard 1/2" - the chat technician incorrectly told me it should be 1/2" (it's 3/8"), and I spent another hour online trying to find info why this didn't fit my big-box purchased showerhead upgrade. Also, I bought the double-eye loop for securing the riser to the shower curtain rods I bought because the website did not note that one was included with the shower curtain rod package - would have saved me the hassle of returning this product.
