In the last two weeks... one issue was never delivered... so I would appreciate you adding another week/issue to my most recent subscription. I have two placed subscriptions extensions... before one expired. so please add another issue to the second expiration date of 10/1/25. PLEASE CONFIRM THE NEW EXPIRATION DATE! --------------- NOTE: if it wasn't for the fact that I can't go 3 months without at least one missing issue... I would give a glowing review... because I love the publication... I just can never confidently expect a delivery every week!

I was a previous subscriber to this publication but cancelled due to slow delivery during the football season. I decided to give them a second chance and all of my weekly issues have been received in advance of games being played (excluding Thanksgiving week). A great publication for fans of the 4 major sports.

The coverage of the previews and post-game is very good. But the news is a week behind. I'm getting the previews after the games have been played. There are two ways to improve. If possible, cover specifically the teams in the region of the customers. And add more color pictures, especially to the Headliners of the week. There are no issues with the delivery.

This is a WEEKLY magazine. Time sensitive. You guys deliver a magazine that I paid for that comes out on Wednesdays no sooner than Saturday. Absolutely unacceptable

Magazineline itself is adequate. But if you cannot provide a weekly product in a timely manner then you should get out of the business. I get other weeklies and dailies. I understand print is a dying business, but when I want to read about something that happened that week, and u r getting it to me after the NEXT weeks events happened, that sucks
