I have been a Madison Trust customer with a Self-Directed IRA for 7 years. Their employees are so friendly, proficient and helpful. Their online processes and account management are extremely secure with redundant safety protocols. Specifically, I worked with Cameron this week to resolve an issue. He called to confirm the email was from me, and then sent a confirmation when the action was completed. I highly recommend Madison Trust.

I really appreciate the improvements that were recently added to our account portals. Now when we request a wire transfer, the electronic form is automatically generated, we can immediately sign electronically, and it's done. What a snap! The support representatives are very patient and courteous. We were unaware of this great new feature until a representative took the time to call it out and walk us thru it. Great! Great! Great! Thank you Madison Trust Company and team.

Everytime I have called the support team they have been very courteous and willing to listen and guide me through my questions. Anna S. was especially helpful in helping me understand how my finances are set up, and she emailed me documents of my account that cleared up the mystery of how things work for me.
