I am very happy with the form, function and quality of my MacCase. It was more than I wanted to spend, but was the only one that fit my criteria of: leather, plenty of corner protection and a built in pencil holder with magnetic closure.

MacCase solicited a review from me. I am still waiting for MacCase to finalize a solution to a concern I have with the "Premium Leather iPad Pro Case". I will offer a product review after I am offered a final solution to my concern. I did not want to offer a negative review here so I kept it neutral. I am pleased with MacCase's efforts to resolve my issues so far.

Lovely look and feel. Protects my iPad and do not mind removing cover to take photo. One negative: It interferes with sound button on upper right. Unsolicited, it makes iPad go to mute and is terribly difficult to get it to move up volume. I am resigned to letting it stay on mute.

Thanks for the feedback. These early, first generation models had material that covered the volume buttons. Subsequent models have this material removed to prevent the issue with the tray affecting the use of the volume controls.

I decided to buy my husband an Pad for Christmas and wanted a really nice, leather case to protect it. After searching all over I discovered MacCase and I am so happy I decided to create a "custom" case! I selected the Grey Leather with Grey Interior and had my husband's initial monogrammed on the front. It is absolutely gorgeous - could not be happier with how it turned out. The quality and time that went into this piece is obvious as soon as you look at it. I cannot wait for my husband to open this Christmas morning!!! Thank you so much Michael!!!

I've had mine for about 8 months and it's beautiful. This truly is a very nice leather. It's calfskin but kinda has a nubuck feel and texture. It's that nice. When I first received mine, which is the natural hide, I conditioned it and let it sit for a few days. However, I used a special conditioner for it that wasn't to strong so as to not darken it much. Since I've had it I've conditioned 3 times and it has broken in really nicely. It's darkened some but that's just from it being nourished. It has a luxury look and feel now. Now I will just maintain it and it will outlast my IPad for sure. Highly recommend. The conditioner I used is named Napa and you can get from the internet. An alternative that I've also used is named Rejuvenator. Good stuff for great leather.

First impressions: Sexy, really sexy. This case oozes leather, custom fit, cushiness, and says, "You Gotta Love Me". But I don't. It's like a really beautiful girl you take out on a first date that you just don't quite click with. Some won't care that the corners and power plug side of the iPad aren't completely protected, that the flap you fold under doesn't keep the pad's camera from sliding out of the cut-out, that the beautifully stitched borders ever so slightly cover the viewable part of the screen. It's a beautiful case to hold, to feel, and to show off...but can I live with it? I believe that I can add Velcro inside to keep the flap tight..another cover company does this (from Germany). This will keep the iPad from sliding around, the camera from being partially obscured, and the iPad centered within the overly large borders. Cut outs are good, leather is great quality, stitching is precise, and padding is thick. If you can live with the quirks, you'll love it.

The case Mark is reviewing is a previous generation of our Folio design. Every single issue Mark had with this "beautiful girl" has been resolved with the redesign. The quirks have been eliminated. The frame and flap have been replaced with a polymer tray that holds the iPad securely in place. No part of the screen is covered. The iPad no longer slides around. The current design is a quantum improvement over the version Mark has reviewed.

I was so excited when the package arrived today. I opened the package and gently pulled out the wrapped Black Folio and wrapped Black Pouch. I unwrapped both items and stood amazed. The leather smell was so refreshing. The items are gorgeous. The stitching is perfect. The leather is so soft. I especially like the pocket with the magnetic flap for the stylus. I also love the Smart Cover technology. I am thankful for coming across Mac-Case when browsing the internet. I had looked in a retail store and was very disappointed with the quality of the products available. I called Mac-Case and spoke to Michael. Michael was so helpful and a joy to talk to. I explained to Michael that I would rather pay a little more for a product that will hold up for a long time versus something that you have to replace often. I appreciate the workmanship and the company as a whole. My hat is off to Michael and his staff. The wait was well worth it. Thank you again Michael

I received my order 10 minutes ago. I opened it slowly and methodically, expecting one or two extreme scenarios. I gently pulled the manila envelope flap back (mind you, I have a fairly serious flu right now). I was instantaneously thrown back to my childhood with the aroma of my very first baseball glove. All of my being was filled with the scent of untouched superior leather. At this point I did not want to spoil the moment and opened the pouch first. If was going to be disappointed, this would have been the indicator. Needless to say, I was absolutely blown away with the craftsmanship and utter quality of the pouch. Now for the long awaited moment. Having the momentum build, removed the wrappings form this cover as if I were a curator opening a museum piece. The gentle feel of this well worked piece of art, the aroma, and first eyes on the craftsmanship was overwhelming. I had to pause and go over this case and every natural blemish before placing my iPad in it. I was overwhelmed. Now for the fit. Michael, you have something here that you and yours should be extremely proud of. I have owned various similar products in my life, but I have to say that there is no one and I seriously mean no one can hold a candle to this product. I am proud that I held the faith. You have earned a lifelong customer here and will be proud to endorse MacCase to all of my friends family and peers. It was an absolute pleasure Michael

I purchased this item from MacCase for my husband. He could not have been happier with this beautiful, well crafted case! There is nothing else on the market that compares to it. I bought another case in the past from MacCase and absolutely loved it as well. Keep producing such quality items! I'm a long term customer for sure :heart:¥
