I have a MacBook so the sleeve is a little big but is helps protect my computer. The backpack is nice and compact. Easy to carry to wherever I want to travel. Great buy.

After receiving a case which the company got in error, and which didn't work, I figured I was out a backpack and money, but could not have been more wrong. In an example of some of the best customer service I have ever had both Michael and Debbie were in contact with me numerous times to replace that backpack, going out of their way to make sure it fit the dimensions I needed and, then, once they knew, shipping it that day.

This has been my backpack of choice for 5 years, through three different laptop. I love that the laptop sleeves work with the pack, and there's room for nearly everything else imaginable (even a Grid-It for cables). After being in constant use, the stitching has just begun to come loose on the shoulders, which is easily repaired. With a Pro Sleeve it's the perfect Mac backpack.

As a student it's important to be able to carry my MacBook Air hands free and since I got my Flight Jacket as a gift I thought it would be OK to spring for the optional backpack straps. They are well made and match my case. Could be a bit wider but that is a personal preference. They work well and are easy to adjust. Overall they do what is advertised and are a welcomed addition to my daily commute.

I have had this backpack for about a year now and am very happy with it. It is quite comfortable, fits my computer and an extra text book or two, and has room for pens, pencils, iPod etc. I bought it because it said it was waterproof and I walk about 1 mile to and from school everyday. Sometimes it is raining and I didn't want to ruin my computer as I need it for class. I am happy to report that my computer nor any contents of the bag have gotten wet on those days, so this bag certainly lives up to its claim. The only downside I had was that the straps had begun to fray after about 8-12 months. I contacted the company and got a very helpful reply within the hour. They have replaced my bag without me even asking them to and did so without hassle or fee. In my opinion, the bag is well made and their customer service is 1st rate. I would certainly recommend this bag and I also would like to commend the company for quality customer service and support.
