The piece I ordered arrived surprisingly quickly; I was dubious of its quality. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. The charm, a replica of my late grandmother's fingerprint, turned out to be even more precious than I had hoped. Words fail to express the depth of its significance to me. The ability to touch my neck and feel a tangible connection to her brings me immense comfort. I urge you to set aside any doubts you may have. This piece is truly special.

We are all here for the same reason. I read many of your stories about Legacytouch while I waited for my brother's funeral home to give me the ordering information (the day I took his ashes to my home). I don't think a whole half hour passed between the time that I got home and I had placed that order. The fingerprint ring was not going to bring him back or make me feel better. What it is going to do is make me feel like I carry him with me physically not just in my heart and mind. I can rub the grooves of his fingerprint any time anywhere I go and neither that ability nor my memories and love for him can be taken away like he was suddenly, so young with so many children and so so much left to do. The shipping: was quick. I reckon this can depend on society. Thinking about this made me think of the pandemic and how busy funeral homes and Legacytouch must have been. The item was made by the end of the first business day, and the item arrived in 6 days from MO to SC via FedEx. The packaging: was superb compared to shipments I've had of other jewelry items. The fedex box was coffee cup sized and taped shut. Inside was bubble wrap, some paperwork including a reminder card in envelope of your unique code, and a ring case with the ring inside of course. The ring box was better than many I've received from other jewelry companies, and presentation is everything. The ring was actually fitted into the ring box slot, showcasing it so that when you opened the box you didn't see a tiny ziplock bag like we so often do with purchases. It felt special opening this. I also want to mention that the price was not printed on the invoice. This was a nice touch if I were ordering directly from the company to someone. I didn't have to specify "gift." The fit: I chose a half size up to wear on different than my ring finger, and I am glad I chose this size because it is perfect for the finger that I was not planning to wear it on. That sounds like a fail, but it wasn't. So, in short, I think the rings run small. A half size larger than I always wear was perfect. It is super comfortable and has no sharp edges, both expected that way. I'm a teacher, artist, and photographer, and immediately I was questioning parts of my imprint. I won't get into the weeds of that. I went to Chat and rejected every reason for the printing. Ariel was so patient with me. She was compassionate and took extra steps to help me see what I was missing. Compassion is not just feeling sorry for someone, it is trying to understand things as they do, and she tried to do that. In doing so, I understood how the printing was done, designs are created and made, and why the designs are as they are. After our length discussion, many tears fell (maybe some from her, too!) and we were seeing angel wings and angels in my brother's ring. I am so happy. A product is a product, and anyone can make rings, lockets, and teddy bears and send them to grieving families. Compassion and empathy are harder to find, and you shall find yourself as blessed as me in working with someone like Ariel. I hope I never in my lifetime find myself ordering memorabilia for a departed loved one, but if I do, I feel confident in working with the angels at this company.

I purchased the Keepsake Teddy Bear shortly after loosing my son. I wasn't able to see my son after he was gone. So having this Keepsake Teddy Bear, with my son's finger print hanging from the bear, helps to hang on to at least a small part of him. Thank you Legacytouch for having the Keepsake Teddy Bears available for everyone.
