I needed 800 10 Mil Legal size lamination pouches fast. I called and spoke with Jacqueline for some information about same day shipping cut off times. I was waiting for confirmation from my customer that this job was confirmed. I got the call and placed the order, buy 2 get 1 free, and it shipped the same day and was delivered as promised. The product is great and the finished product is beautiful.

So far, so good--I'm very impressed with the prices and it looks like I'll be happy with the product--though it has not escaped me that many of your reviews show up with the same dates. I'm hoping they are not all fake good reviews, though many of them are too detailed to seem faked.

This laminator is the best laminator I've used. We are a school and have been through countless laminators and often have to send our work through more than once to get a good seal, but this machine works the first time. Love the variable temperature setting. The only improvement would be an automatic shut off.
