I was referred to Kerr for a bed alarm by the hospital social worker. Purchasing the item and paying all the extra fees a total of $124.89 was super easy but when I returned the item, I was told via email
"Please note that your refund in the amount of $63.04 has been processed. Unfortunately the bed pad return was not in like new condition so it is not elligbale for a refund Thank you for the opportunity to meet your caregiving needs."
I only put the bedpad under my hubby a few hrs and didn't use it again.
I will be contacting by bank to fight this matter but that the last time I purchase anything from your company again. Buyers beware!!!'
