This product arrived on time and was so easy to set up. It has allowed me to get more sleep yet assure I can attend my 96 yr old father & keep him safe when he gets up at night. I place the alarm plugged in next to my bed and no longer stay partially awake as every sound in the house could be my father getting up. I trust the alarm and it wakes me up the minute his feet hit the thin rug we have over it. It is a wonderful product for careproviders. I recommend if you have a plug near the patient's bed to also get the mat that plugs in so you never think about batteries. We slip the mat under the bed during the day. Thank you Kerr - as parents age, this is a wonderful product for caring safely and keeping me from being a sleep deprived zombie!

I purchased the motion detector along with the remote alarm. Admittedly, the first few nights were rough with the motion detector and alarm going off very frequently. I could not figure out why since my mother was sound asleep in bed. After repositioning the motion detector a few times, this problem is solved. I am very pleased with this combination. My mother gets up at night, the alarm goes off in my room and I am to her door before she even opens it to help her walk to the bathroom safely.

This is a huge help! My 99 yr old mother in law gets up many times during the day so this is a big help so we know she is up so we can help her. And being wireless helps alot too. We bought the hardwired one and it was bad because we can to go into her room to turn it off and the beeping was agitating her. Thank you!

The items are almost what I had expected after reading the other reviews, however, they do not work in our household as I had hoped. The waterproof material makes a slight noise (plastic scrunching) and the alarm device does makes a clicking sound.

I love these products. The floor mat gives us much security in knowing when dad wakes us we are notified so we can place a limit on unescorted walks and safety makes me feel so much better! The pager is the awesome part as well. I can travel throughout my house and be notified when he steps on that mat! Thank you. Your delivery is excellent!

Bed and chair alarm with wireless remote for sister in long term care. Nurses asked why it didn't come with plug in adapter but it was an expensive extra cost so will provide batteries for now. Just gave her the product so seems to work.

This is the third bedpad I have had in two years, the first pad quit working after 6 mo, you replaced it and after 14mo it has quit working. Would not replace but I have the monitor that goes with it.

gives you more freedom to go to other places in your home and yard and piece of mind knowing your loved one can call for you for help. push button easy to use and necklace helps from loosing it. only wish I knew about this sooner, also have the bed and chair alarm which also works great .love this product.
