I love this bottle. The flavor tank is amazing! This definitely is making me drink my water. Only complaint is there always seems to be water stuck in the fold down straw after drinking and can’t come out unless you turn the bottle upside down which makes water spill out. So this bottle is not spill proof with the straw not folded down. I’ve learned not to worry about the water in the straw and just close it. It won’t come out with the straws seal.

Three stars. Product was delivered but was defective out of the box. I did everything showed in the videos to prime the lid and still didn’t work. Reached out to chat support and followed all the steps still no luck. There sending a replacement so hopefully that works.

The top leaks constantly every time you take a sip. The bottle itself without the cap is good though.

The replacement lid I got does work, but another flaw, it leaks, the liquid leaks into the lid and drips.

I like the idea of choosing your own flavors, but the dial is inconsistent and seems to give you more juice the harder you drink it even when the dial is turned all the way off. The straw leaks water so you need to be careful about not laying it on the side.
