The Infuze lid and bottle are great. I love the concept and it works good. The flavors they sell just don't tast good.

It tasted very processed the first few times I tried it but got better with time but the bottle top wouldn't stay closed and kept dripping out the flavoring.

The app is terrible and made it impossible for me to create an account, I couldn't add more than one coupon, shipping was a separate fee and so was shipping protection, flavoring bottles keep leaking, straw has to be forced into bottle because it is much longer than the bottle, starter kit largest bottle size is small than a regular water bottle (which means I have to constantly refill it), the flavor cartridge is really hard to pull out (even with short or no nails), starter kit requires me to buy 5 flavors but I end up having to pay for each one as if I were buying them individually (and bottles and flavors are even more expensive without the starter kit or coupon, and shipping and package protection are still extra charges), top nozzle is hard to pull up, but customer service was polite and responded to my question within a timely manner.

I never got a confirmation email but I sure did get charged as soon as I made my purchase. The delivery was a week late than what was expected. Very poor contact from the company to the customer. I've had better experiences with other water bottle companies.

my bottle broke about a week after arriving it was no longer sucking flavor unless completely turned up and the flavor was inconsistent. I emailed infuze and a new one was shipped the next day with a complimentary bottle of orange elixer I wasn't expecting. The customer service was amazing highly recommended these bottles to anyone who wishes to break away from there daily sugary drinks I have scene had several friends buy one after trying mine you save money and live healthier always a win in my book.

Great taste if you love peach tea and just the right flavor for it. Love how easy it is to switch from water to flavor with a flip of the thumb. Flavor bottle lasted through 4, almost 5 full fill up of my 64 ounce water bottle.

Love that the water bottle keeps the water cold well over 24 hours or more. The flavors so far that I've tried are pretty good. Like the peach tea a lot better than the pina colada, but it's still ok. Trying the watermelon strawberry next.
