Website states shipping I'm 2-3 weeks. As soon as order is placed email states shipping estimate at 9/27 which is a full month away. So my first experience with your company appears to be bait and switch.

The system locked up for 30 hours with my credit card. The card flagged the purchase, I approved the purchase but then your site could not remover from that. So for 30 hours the "processing" spinner kept spinning. I tried changing some of my info so it would see me as "new". But it kept spinning. I changed the payment method from my company account to a personal pay pal. I will now submit a reimburse request and wait for that check from my company.

I ordered two desks for my new office. I ordered them from Homethreads because the delivery date I was quoted. Other companies had the desks for cheaper but the shipping date was much later. I ended up ordering two from Homethreads and two from Walmart.

I was suppose to get the desks on 07/31/2021. I didn't get them until 08/6/2021.
Walmart gave me a delivery date of 08/09/2021 and delivered the desks on 07/31/2021.
I would have never even order the desks from Homethreads if I was given a accurate delivery date.
In additon, both boxes were trashed and half opened when they were delivered and multiple pieces were broken and/or scratched. I had to call Bush to have those pieces replaced. So now the two desks I got from Homethreads at my office incomplete because of that.

Based on this. I won't be ordering from here again.

The first coffee table I got had a corner chipped off. They were very responsive and sent me a replacement, however, the second table has scratches all over the surface that's very visible when the light hits it a certain way. I didn't contact them again because I don't want to hassle with this anymore. I just moved across the country and have so much furniture to assemble and so much unpacking to do and boxes to break down. I just don't have the energy to deal with it so I'll be stuck with a damage coffee table. Also, it's pretty annoying that the coffee table is selling for 15% less at home depot. So not only am I stuck with a damaged coffee table, but I over paid for it. Everyone in customer service has been very nice though.

I dont like the process in which I have to continually follow up with my item purchased. Then when checking with the tracking number, no update received. I came home and one day it just showed up. No advanced notice of delivery or confirmation of delivery until several days later. Several logics issue in timing updates.

I received one table that was in amazing condition and as pictured and one table that was damaged on two corners and lighter than the other table and not level. My plan was to put them next to each other to make the table longer but with them being different colors, damaged and not level i cant do that.
