The desk looks nice, but the material appears to poor quality.
Had a hard time telling if I was purchasing 2 pillow shams or a package of 2. Plus I tried to use two different promo codes and both did not work, Frustrating! This is my first order with your company so we will see how it goes from here on out.
The shipping was significantly delayed. And once status was changed to shipped, I never received a tracking number. The item just showed up one day.
I ordered the product back in November and it didn't come until the end of January. They never corresponded with me. I had to reach out to them at least 4 times before someone actually took care of it. I still missing part of my order. Was told it will be in the middle of February. We shall see....
My chairs were left in front of my garage
I tried to place this order in the morning my total was $167 not it was $176 it doesn't make sense to me

Ive no quarry or dislike about the website. However, my experience was unsatisfactory as I have received a damaged item. Ive already sent proof and at this point, I would rather get my money back and purchase a different item.
Shipment took longer than offered. I was to receive it by Dec14, 2020 and I ended up receiving it one month later.

Well it took longer than expected and I got the wrong headboard. I ordered a walnut and charcoal Draper headboard and received the walnut and beige Draper headboard.
