Furniture good. FedEx bad.

Patience is a virtue, with package taking close to two whole months to arrive. FedEx delivered at 9:40pm, with heavy rain expected within the hour. They left the large package on an uncovered path and did not even bring it to our entryway, a mere 10 feet further. Package had crush damage on the edges, but it was packaged VERY well, and the contents were unharmed. Well done.

No problems with customer service, but did not call them. Received product pretty quick. Box arrived in rough shape but no major damage to the desk parts.

Could be better

All parts were included. A few pieces of the “wood” were slightly chipped but not in a noticeable place. The Allen key included did not seem to fit well and made it difficult to assemble. The drawer is very shallow and did not go together very well. I think it will work fine for my daughter’s room.

I had difficulty checking out.

You give me a $20 off my first order and then don't accept it?

The HomeThreads website was easy to navigate and had a vast selection of items to fit my needs. I just wish the chairs that I had purchased were not wobbly, and I would have more confidence in the products sold on this site.

I spent weeks comparing different chairs online. I finally settled on these.The chairs are gorgeous, and the assembly was relatively easy. However, after assembling 4 chairs, 2 of them have one leg that is at least one inch too short, causing the chairs to wobble on 3 legs. I will have to disassemble and reassemble these two chairs in hopes that it was my assembly error. Otherwise, I will continue to be extremely displeased with my purchase and would recommend purchasing chairs elsewhere.

it took me almost two days to order product on line site won't letting me check out - it was very odd

The actual shopping experience was easy and seamless. The delivery was a hot mess. I was never notified ahead of time of delivery or options. I wanted them to bring in the couch and put it together. The guys showed up and tried to just leave individual pallets on my porch. We managed to talk them into putting it together for some cash on the spot. Left all the pallets and trash behind. Could not figure out who to actual "complain" to about the process. It was bad. 1/5 stars. Whomever you contract with for deliveries is not good.

Good quality knock-off of the RH cloud couch

Good quality knock-off of the RH cloud couch. A little stiff but breaks in quickly. Super easy clean up (we purchased white with a baby + animals. Vacuums and wipes up nicely). Cushions could be a bit more plush. I rotate them weekly because they go flat.

my overall experience has been fine, the customer service has been average. i was very happy with the original two pieces i purchased in march, but the one i just purchased a few weeks ago is not the same quality at all. so i am very disappointed that the quality of the products has declined but the prices are the same if not more than in the beginning of this year.

i have other pieces of the commix that i purchased earlier this year, around march. the fabric on those is beautifully lined and sturdy. the new piece i ordered is not lined at all, the fabric feels cheap and you can see through it. it looks and feels different than the ones i already have. for almost $900 it is disappointing.

I was told i would get $20 off my order over $200, yet when I tried to do it ringing up the chairs one by one which resulted in a slightly cheaper total price, but still over $200, I was I got a message saying that the items were already discounted as much as they could be. That goes against the promise that it would be $20 off of $200 or more

The $20.00 off discount code wouldn’t apply. Called Customer Service (representative was AWESOME!!), told me to go ahead & order & call back with order # & discount code & they could manually apply it.

Delivery of my order was fast. However returning a large sofa was a less-than-satisfying experience. With no real connections or experience, it was left up to me to call for quotes, schedule, pay for, and pack up 7 large boxes onto 2 pallets. That cost plus a 10% restocking fee was definitely a disappointing experience.

Not What I Was Expecting- Leaning Back is Not An Option

As excited as i was to receive it, I returned this sofa set (which cost a fortune for return shipping by LTL as well as a 10% restocking fee) as i didn’t realize that there was no real “back” to the sofa. Didn’t suit our needs. I gave three stars because the shipping was fast. However customer service is of little use for large returns. Returning LTL is completely the buyers responsibility to get quotes, schedule, pay for and pack up for shipment. Unexpected cost and nuisance in these modern Amazon days.

Fast shipping and decent customer service. Returned as the sofa set didn’t have a “Back” and didn’t suit our needs.
